I founded Bai.Acceleration to solve a specific, high-stakes problem:
exceptional arbitrators becoming invisible in the world’s fastest-growing disputes markets.
My work is built on a simple belief:
in Asia, being listed is not enough.

I’ve been in the room when a global reputation didn’t translate.
When a CV spoke fluently to London, but fell flat in Singapore.
And when appointments went not to those with the deepest experience, but to those who signalled relevance.
That is why I focus exclusively on arbitration —
to help turn your substantive expertise into a strategic asset within the Asia-Pacific arbitration ecosystem.
About Rebecca
My career began in the arbitration seat at a Silver Circle firm, working on high-value, cross-border disputes. I later moved into regional business development roles, advising and supporting global arbitration practices across Asia-Pacific.
Over the course of my career, I have worked directly with three Heads of Asia for major practice groups — gaining first-hand insight into practice leadership, market strategy, and the realities of building arbitration traction across jurisdictions. This experience also shaped my ability to work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across cultures, expectations, and priorities.
This dual perspective — as a former arbitration practitioner and a regional BD strategist — allows me to see both sides of the system:
the substance of your work, and the informal mechanisms that shape appointments.
I work across English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.
But my role is not linguistic translation alone.
It is professional and cultural translation — ensuring your profile, narrative, and presence resonate within Hong Kong boardrooms, Singapore institutions, and the distinct arbitration cultures across Asia.
Asia does not reward volume.
