Hi, I’m Rebecca Pang — your trusted BD advisor and founder of Bai.Acceleration.

At Bai.Acceleration, we provide discreet support across business development strategy, client activation, partner onboarding, and long-term personal positioning. Whether you're stepping into leadership, transitioning firms, or planning for what comes next, we help you move forward — quietly, strategically, and with lasting impact.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with lawyers across Asia to help them grow with clarity, confidence, and strategy — often behind the scenes, always with results.

I’ve been in the room when BD felt like a checklist, not a plan. When lawyers were told to “follow up with clients” — but no one explained how. And when brilliant teams stayed invisible, not for lack of talent, but because their story wasn’t told right.

That’s why I started Bai.Acceleration — to turn good work into lasting growth, and to help great lawyers lead with voice and vision.

About Rebecca

I began my legal career in international arbitration at a Silver Circle firm, representing sovereign funds, hospitality groups, and multinational corporations in high-value, cross-border disputes. My work spanned multiple jurisdictions and required navigating complex procedural, cultural, and commercial dynamics.

I transitioned into business development at a Magic Circle firm, before stepping into a regional BD leadership role at one of the largest global law firms in the world.

Over the course of my career, I have worked directly with three Heads of Asia for major practice groups, gaining first-hand management and business development insights, and developing the ability to work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across cultures and priorities. I have also built extensive, on-the-ground BD experience in most parts of Asia, in particular Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and China.

I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, with working comprehension of Korean — enabling me to operate seamlessly across jurisdictions, and to build trust and influence across cultures.
